Hi there! I’m Lauri.


I’m a wife and a mother. And, I struggle with anxiety, self confidence and body image.


Today, I’m in the best shape of my life, feel confident in my skin and am part of an amazing, empowering virtual community.


But back then, I was stuck. I left my day job for my dream job of becoming a stay at home mom to our son but almost immediately, I felt lonely. And then the mom guilt set in. I recognize now that I had lost a bit of myself in the transition to SAHM, but at the time felt so conflicted. On top of that, I wasn’t taking care of myself or showing up in my family’s life as the best ME because I felt overwhelmed by all the things I thought I SHOULD be doing (and not actually accomplishing). My self-esteem was in the toilet. And, after the death of my baby sister, my anxiety went through the roof and I turned to numbing it ALL with wine, food and t.v. I. Was. Miserable. I knew something had to change. I knew that I needed to do something just for me - for my health, for my mindset - but hours in the gym had gotten me zero results and left me feeling defeated and depleted.

A virtual bootcamp changed everything for me. It helped me recognize that I was not alone. I had a clear, easy-to-follow plan at my fingertips. And best of all? When things got tough, I could turn to a group of understanding, sympathetic women who supported and cheered for me. They reminded me that I, too, could do hard shit. They gave me permission to take care of me. In fact, the support and the accountability of these virtual workout partners helped me face my fears (soooo many fears) and build my self confidence back up. Through the power of community, coaching and a solid dose of accountability, I felt more accomplished and more ME in 365 days than I had in a very long time.
